What Is LaptoNext?

LaptoNext is one of the nation's leading startups providing complete renting solutions for all of your business's needs. Our goal is to offer top-notch products at competitive prices with top-notch service. We provide a variety of equipment, such as laptops, desktop computers, servers, printers, etc.

How can I start renting?

You can browse our categories and get in touch with our customer service if you need to rent equipment. You would be required to choose the equipment(s), the length of time you wish to rent it for, the method of payment, and the method of delivery. The equipment(s) will be delivered and picked up by LaptoNext.

Do you require any supporting documentation in order to process my order?

Yes, you will be asked for the documents, and the quantity and kind will vary depending on the location, order value, and other criteria. Our agent will be available to assist you throughout the entire process, and we make every effort to be as accommodating as we can in this regard.

Is there a minimum amount of time I have to rent the items out for?

No, there is no minimum rental period; you can rent out a piece of equipment for as long as you need.

Why is a security deposit required when renting out equipment?

The Security Deposit is used exactly as its name indicates: to secure the equipment. It is then refunded as soon as the client returns the equipment to us at the end of the lease period in good working order.

How long should delivery take on average?

In order to provide you with quick deliveries, we have a vast network throughout India. The delivery period could be between 2-5 business days, depending on the region.

Who will transport and assemble the necessary equipment for me?

Whatever your location, LaptoNext will send the equipment to you. It can cost money if you want us to set up the equipment(s) as well.

I need someone to have access to the equipment at all times for setup and maintenance. That seems possible.

Your "Relationship Manager (RM)" will be assigned to you as soon as your order is confirmed. Your RM will respond to all of your questions on delivery, setup, maintenance, etc.

What if the equipment is not in a good state when it is received?

In every situation, we put our customers' comfort and preferences first. You should not be concerned if, at the time of delivery, you are not happy with the equipment that was given to you. Simply inform your RM, and the necessary equipment(s) will be replaced.

How do I submit a request for maintenance or upgrade?

Our helpdesk is open to offer support, and our engineers are accessible to aid and will take the appropriate action.
